What to send us

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Small things that help

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Getting a clear quote

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
