Emissions Test in Ilmon, CA

Emissions Test: how we help

For an emissions test in Ilmon, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

How the request works

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Car care, briefly

Look at the tire tread before long trips. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

A short checklist

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
