Emissions Test in Ivanhoe, NC

Emissions Test: how we help

For an emissions test in Ivanhoe, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What we arrange

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Small things that help

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

What to ask

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
