How we help

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Car care, briefly

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

What to ask

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
