Emissions Test in Jay, OK

Emissions Test for Jay

Emissions Test in Jay: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

From request to repair

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Between shop visits

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
