Emissions Test in Jericho, NY

Emissions Test: how we help

For an emissions test in Jericho, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

How the arrangement works

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Car care, briefly

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

What to ask

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
