What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Good habits for your car

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.

Before the shop starts

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
