Emissions Test in Lucedale, MS

Emissions Test: how we help

We arrange an emissions test through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Lucedale. What it involves: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

From request to repair

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Talking to the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Car care, briefly

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
