Emissions Test in Lyons, MI

Emissions Test near Lyons

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 467 km from Lyons, and does not do this work itself. Plainly: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

From request to repair

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Distance, honestly

There is no CarmaCars location in Lyons; everything we do starts in Toronto. About 467 km separate our location in Toronto and Lyons, far past our 250 km delivery area.
