How the request works

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

What to ask

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Good habits for your car

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
