What to send us

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. A person replies within one business day. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Small things that help

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
