Emissions Test in Mill Brook, NC

Arranging the work in Mill Brook

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 851 km from Mill Brook, and does not do this work itself. In short: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What to send us

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

A short checklist

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Car care, briefly

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
