Emissions Test in Mortimer, ND

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,462 km from Mortimer, and does not do this work itself. What this is: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

What to send us

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Small things that help

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

Before you plan

Mortimer is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. About 1,462 km separate our location in Toronto and Mortimer, far past our 250 km delivery area.
