Emissions Test in Murray, CT

Arranging the work in Murray

Searching for emissions test in Murray? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

The steps

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Car care, briefly

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
