Emissions Test in Ocran, VA

Emissions Test: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 721 km from Ocran, and does not do this work itself. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

What we arrange

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Getting a clear quote

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Car care, briefly

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
