What to send us

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Good habits for your car

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

What to ask

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
