What to send us

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Between shop visits

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

What to ask

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
