How we help

A person replies within one business day. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Good habits for your car

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
