Emissions Test in Phenix, MO

Emissions Test: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,396 km from Phenix, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What to send us

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person replies within one business day. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Before the shop starts

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Before you plan around us

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Phenix. Phenix lies about 1,396 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.
