What to send us

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Small things that help

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Talking to the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
