Emissions Test in Pine Bend, MN

We arrange an emissions test through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Pine Bend. The job: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

Our part and the shop's part

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Getting a clear quote

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Car care, briefly

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
