What CarmaCars does here

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. A person replies within one business day.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Car care, briefly

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
