Our part and the shop's part

We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Good habits for your car

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Questions to ask the shop

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
