Emissions Test in Powers, NC

Emissions Test near Powers

For an emissions test in Powers, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. In short: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What to send us

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
