From request to repair

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Getting a clear quote

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Good habits for your car
