What to send us

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

A short checklist

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Car care, briefly

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
