How we help

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

A short checklist

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Small things that help

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.

Where we work

There is no CarmaCars location in Remlap; everything we do starts in Toronto. Remlap lies about 1,792 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. For a breakdown in Remlap, a local service will reach you faster than we can. Send a request about Remlap, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
