What CarmaCars does here

A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
