What to send us

A person replies within one business day. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Small things that help

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Getting a clear quote

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
