Emissions Test in Robbs, IL

Arranging the work in Robbs

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Robbs. In short: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

What we arrange

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. A person replies within one business day. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Between shop visits

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

A Toronto company

Robbs is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. With Robbs about 1,059 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. If we do not know a shop in Robbs, we say so rather than guess. Send a request with what you need in Robbs, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
