Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

What to send us

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

Questions to ask the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
