Emissions Test in Simon, WV

Emissions Test: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Simon. What it involves: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.

What to send us

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. A person replies within one business day. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

What to ask

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
