Emissions Test in Spaulding, LA

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,731 km from Spaulding, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: An emissions test or emissions repair where your province or state requires one, by a licensed shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.

What we arrange

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Before the shop starts

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Car care, briefly

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

A note on distance

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Spaulding is outside our area. About 1,731 km separate our location in Toronto and Spaulding, far past our 250 km delivery area.
