What to send us

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Car care, briefly

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Before the shop starts

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
