Our part and the shop's part

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Good habits for your car

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
