How we help

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Small things that help

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

A short checklist

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
