What to send us

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

A short checklist

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Good habits for your car

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
