Engine Repair in Bashan, CT

Engine Repair: how we help

We arrange engine work through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Bashan. What it involves: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

Who does what

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Small things that help

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
