What to send us

A person replies within one business day. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We can deliver a rental car to you while yours is at the shop. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Keep moving meanwhile

Keep moving with a rental while your car is at the shop, by the day at our usual rates. Keep the rental as long as the shop needs your car. You are also welcome to collect the car at our location for free.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Good habits for your car

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
