Engine Repair in Cabazon, CA

Engine Repair: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,396 km from Cabazon, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

What CarmaCars does here

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Between shop visits

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
