What CarmaCars does here

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Small things that help

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
