Engine Repair in Chamblee, GA

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Chamblee is about 1,180 km away. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

From request to repair

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
