What CarmaCars does here

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

A note on distance

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Chispa. About 2,659 km from our location in Toronto, Chispa is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.
