Engine Repair in Comet, AB

Arranging the work in Comet

If you need engine work in Comet: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

How the request works

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Getting a clear quote

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Good habits for your car

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

A note on distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Comet. Our delivery reaches about 250 km from Toronto, and Comet is about 2,577 km away.

If we do not know a shop in Comet, we say so rather than guess. If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

Ask us

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
