Engine Repair in Compton, MD

Arranging the work in Compton

We arrange engine work through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Compton. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

The steps

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Good habits for your car

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

What to ask

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
