What CarmaCars does here

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
