Engine Repair in Ithaca, MI

Engine Repair in Ithaca

Searching for engine repair in Ithaca? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. In short: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

What CarmaCars does here

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Before you plan

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Ithaca. About 434 km from our location in Toronto, Ithaca is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. For a breakdown in Ithaca, a local service will reach you faster than we can. Unsure? Send a request about Ithaca, and we answer plainly. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
