Engine Repair in Knickerbocker, TX

Engine Repair for Knickerbocker

If you need engine work in Knickerbocker: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An engine that runs rough, smokes or overheats needs a look soon.

From request to repair

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

What to ask

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
