Engine Repair in Likely, BC

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Likely is about 3,233 km away. What this is: Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

The steps

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Between shop visits

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
