Engine Repair in Lyons Plain, CT

Engine Repair for Lyons Plain

Engine Repair in Lyons Plain: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. Engine repair, from a leak to a rebuild, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Engine work ranges from a leak to a rebuild; the shop inspects the car and quotes it.

The steps

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
